After being passed around to various tech support personnel suggesting the same things, from power cycling all the way up to resetting my PS4, and being asked to provide screenshots of the same issue I have described, I was finally directed here from who was arguably the least helpful person, or chat bot.

There has been no suggestion that the connection somewhere along the line is an issue. No attempt at network diagnostics.

Put simply, when I try to search or buy, the store times out.  PS4, fresh initialized system with ONLY minecraft installed.
