I used the left trigger to disconnect my horse from a fence post and instead of disconnecting, the lead sorta did this weird glitchy zig zag sag as if it was still connected to my horse but not to the fence post the horse was not reacting as if it was outside the simulation distance but that couldn't be as i was right next to it. I tried to ride my horse, but could not. I thought I would save and quit and reload. After loading in i was sitting on the horse. However, i was unable to use leads on either the horse or the fence post, instead i just mount the horse when using the lead on it. This makes it hard to use as you have to dig a hole to park it. It is a very good horse i do not want to lose it to a bug. The horse in question was standing on moss carpet which was on moss full blocks at the time the bug occurred. I have previously attached the horse to this fence in this update i believe and it worked just fine. It's a bedrock default flat world I'm playing and in survival mode. The bug persists between save and loads. The lead no longer shows up after the first save and load. I will upload a video of my inability to use a lead and the fence in question, Jira just doesn't like my 30 second clip so i have to edit it.

Edit 2: If you experience this, bring your horse into the nether and back out. The horse will be leadable again once you enter the nether.
Edit: Added the video by applying an ffmpeg transform. if you're unable to view thats probably why.

      ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -vcodec libx265 -crf 28 output.mp4
