Hi,
I've tried everything and marketplace will not load. I keep getting, "We're having trouble connecting to the Marketplace right now. Please try again later!".
The device is a Fire HD 10 Tablet (11th generation). App version is 1.17.30.04.
I've rebooted it. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Logged out and logged back in and not luck.
Same thing seemed to be happening on the other tablet we have. Similar specs, but that one has version 1.17.2.01. It took a long time for marketplace to load and had to try several times to make a purchase.
Tablet belongs to my son. Both tablets have a child account associated with it. Yes, I've updated settings to allow for storage. It is not my internet connection. Other apps work perfectly fine.
Could you please assist?
