Hi, my child has been unable to log into minecraft for over the past week. When logging in it shows the red mojang screen, turns black for about 5-15 seconds and then kicks us back to the app display/ homescreen. We have tried pretty much everything from wiping the tablet to doing a full factory default reset. No improvement. I have seen others report about this issue saying it has been resolved, but we have seen no difference in logging in. Please advise.
