The creative hotbar doesn't clear when pressing the clear hotbar button (pressing creative inventory button twice).

Details of user hardware: Playstation 4 Pro, Bedrock edition 1.17.34.

Reproduction:

 Open any world

 Open creative inventory

 Put items into the hotbar

 Press creative inventory button again (should function as clear hotbar button since creative inventory is already open)

 Items in the hotbar don't clear, notice how the highlighted selection under the cursor flashes.

Extra details/notes:

 When pressing the clear hotbar button, if an object in the inventory is highlighted by the cursor, it picks that highlighted item up. This is unexpected behaviour compared to previous versions where the hotbar would clear like normal and no object would be picked up by the cursor.
