For some reason, when I reinstalled my game, the new Dressing Room UI was gone, and I was reverted to the old one. When my game was updated to 1.17.34, the Caves & Cliffs background was still present instead of the Halloween UI. I had to go into the game files and set my "save_and_quit_count" to 300 then back to the original to get the new background. What is sad is that the save and quit count is also reset whenever you reinstall the game. It was very high before, but now its just 5.
