I need to unlink my Microsoft account on ps4 but I forgot the email and I will never be able to sign in if you don't unlink it for me.

      I can't sign in unless someone unlinks my account. Please don't tell me a solution just please unlink my account. I have tried many different methods for the past few days and I even asked a professional for help. It says to unlink my account but I can't since I'm not signed in.
