There is too many Taiga village spawn blacksmith/weaponamith than Plains, Desert, Snowy and Savanna. Taiga village blacksmith generate about 30% than Ruined Portal and Village. Taiga village should rare blacksmith because there is treasure chest like generate 5% or 10%, but 30% is way too common structure, not rare.
