Summary
When you look at a Enderman, they become angered, REALLY ANGERED. With that much rage that you have, you would shake your arms violently. Not on Bedrock. This is probably a bug with the animations of the entity or that it's intended for NO REASON AT ALL?!?!

Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn/Locate an Enderman
2. Look at it's face/head

• The Enderman doesn't shake in rage
