I had just updated to 1.18.0.22 from 1.17.40 and I made a new world for fun and I found that the item textures in the hotbar when holding them are black and white. I had the Classic Textures on so I took the texture pack off of the world and the Global Resources in the settings but the textures were still bugged out even when I closed Minecraft completely.
