Making any changes to biomes_client.json breaks the end sky.

How to reproduce:
Use a resource pack that changes biomes_client.json
Go to the end
Look at the sky

What I expected:
The end sky will render normal

What I saw:
The end sky lost it's color map and is bright without night vision
