Closing a book and quill after writing in it deletes all the text. Signing a book does work and just returns a blank book.

Steps to reproduce:

1. open a creative world
2. obtain a book and quill
3. write in the book and quill
4. close the book or sign it
5. open it

Result: the book is now empty again

intended result: the book retains the text
