A little while ago my game console got fried by lightning so I had to get a new one since I've gotten this new PlayStation 4 I have not been able to properly sign in to my Microsoft account via the login option on Minecraft Bedrock Edition for the PS4.

It keeps on telling me I'm already logged in with a different account when I know I have only signed in with the account I am attempting to sign in with.

In fact it even tells me that I have successfully signed in to my Microsoft account in my activity history on my Microsoft account it's even displays the IP address of the device the same device that I have been trying to sign in on.

Just in case you are as confused as Microsoft support same Microsoft account different PS4 console Minecraft Bedrock Edition v1.17.41 Mojang AB

And when I've talked to Microsoft support they told me it was a PlayStation issue Sony Entertainment but yet they tell me it is a Microsoft issue only Microsoft can deal with because it is Microsoft game so yeah I have been given the runaround by Microsoft support as far as I'm concerned.

So I'm hoping this bug report will reach someone that is really going to actually help me.
