The Minecraft Bedrock edition is apparently written in C, this increases the speed compared to the Java edition. With this performance the game should run well hosted on a Raspberry pi, no?
My suggestion is to compile the server with an aarch_64 architecture and publish it on the https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download/server/bedrock. Or better yet, you should license the project with the GPL_V3, then we could compile this ourselves, but I don't believe in that....
