bug on android 11

my minecraft pe is so slow when it loads ,deleting resource and behaviour packs and slow copying of my world on my old phone  2014 it hold 40+ addons theres some heavy ones and it took my old phone to load 30-1 minute and on my new phone which is android 11 i have 9 resource pack and 1 behavour pack and theres only 1 heavy addon pack and boy when my phone try to turn on on the intro screen (you get the point) it so slow it took me about 1 minute+ and same on copying and deleting world took around 2+ minutes to delete an 26.3mb world and on my old phone it took 1+ minute to delete an 67.4mb world so mojang bedrockj team please fix this and improve it thx
