In the Minecraft Testversion your name is automatically set to „Steve“ although the default Skin is Alex

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1: Get the Minecraft Bedrock Test version from the Microsoft Store

      2: Open it

      3: You see on the main screen the Alex Skin, but with the name Steve.

       

      Thats the bug
