Ok so if you search enough seeds you will find a village and however this village has no buildings except the well and maybe a garden
I found one of these seeds but I deleted the world

Reproduction-
Create many many many seeds or search like 10 seeds very far out
Look at every village
When you find a structureless village that's the glitch
