I had trouble receiving and downloading this update. After I Updated and started to play immediately I didn't notice any changes. Cliffs look the same and Caves won't even Generate (not even the old caves). Axolotl doesn't generate at any light level or in any level or biome. The transportations (horse, donkey, and Boat ) are glitching or completely disappearing after you get off.  I was excited to experience this new update but I guess I will have to wait. Seems Like a really great update from the feedbacks I am getting.
