So I was downloading the 1.18 update for Minecraft, booted it up, and already on the title screen, my fps is stuck to 30. I have vsync disabled. Help!

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Load the game.
2. See how your fps is low.

Observed Results:

Game Loads Normally But Fps Is Limited To 30.

Expected Results:

Game Should Load With No Limited Fps

This bug, can impact gameplay in many critical ways, making it mildly annoying to play. My Render Distance Is On The Recommended (39) Chunks
