My Guardian farm quit producing drops when guardians would die from fall damage. I Play on a realm so downloaded the world and had the same result in single player. Switched to creative and spawned a bunch of guardians in and killed them with looting III sword and all that was dropped was XP orbs. Looks to be missing Shards, Crystals, as well as the Fish drops.
