      Copper in the game is broken, it does not oxidize for a long long time, even when it rains, it still does not oxidize

      Steps to Reproduce:

      Step 1: Place Copper Block Exposed to air

      Step 2: Wait for it, or increase the Random Tick Speed

      Expected Results: Copper will be oxidizing overtime

      Observed Results: Copper does not oxidize overtime
