      The scrolling bar in the new UI on the right side isn't instantly loaded in when clicking the Advanced or Cheats tab for the first time.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open the new Create New World screen
      2. Click on the Advanced or Cheats tab
      3. Observe how long it takes for the scroll bar on the right side to load in

      Observed Results:
      It takes about 2 seconds for the scroll bar to load in.

      Expected Results:
      The scroll bar should instantly load in.
