This bug is similar to my recent submission MCPE-151994 

However, this bug is more focused.

This is happening on a bedrock realm, unknown if it affects single-player worlds!

We play on a world with Achievements enabled and cannot use commands or host privileges to manipulate (time) or the game!

Glowberries do not grow once they are harvested one time from the vine!

Steps:

  Place glowberry vines (one each) on the bottom side of blocks, about 10 total.

  Idle in this area for 2-3 hours, giving them time to grow.

  After the vines have grown, harvest the glowberries by right-clicking them.

Results:

  The vines will grow, some of them grow many block lengths (to the ground), some of them do not grow at all, the length seems to be random except the fact that some vines do not surpass the original (1 block) length.

  Only a few of the vines (of the 10) will have glowberries that grow on them, and only 1 or 2 glowberries maximum per vine.

  After the glowberries have been harvested, no more glowberries will grow!  Even waiting in this area for 15-20 hours, there will be no more glowberries after the original ones have been harvested! 

(This is an online realm and time cannot be manipulated, nor can commands be used as we have achievements enabled!)

  The vines do not grow any longer either!

Expected results:

  Glowberries should grow plentiful on each vine, until the vine is completely populated with glowberries!

  Glowberries should grow again on vines even after they are harvested!

  The vines should continue to grow until they reach the ground (or block underneath inhibiting further growth)
