1.18.12 – In terms of regression build last time I played around with this was in one of the 1.17 builds.
Summary:
Custom Crop Blocks pop-off/break on re-entering the world
Repro Steps:
1. Place new crops that are new blocks with  custom geo on tilled soil.
2. Wait for them to reach different crop stages
3. Exit the world
4. Enter the world
Observed Results:
All the tilled soil under the crops is now simple dirt and the crops are all broken and the drops are on the ground.
Expected Results:
The crops should still be in place and the tilled soil under them should be intact.
