If someone is typing on a sign, it doesn't let you go down scaffolding if there's a sign on the tile above it.

My friend was typing on a sign nearby, and I was trying to go down scaffolding, but it wouldn't let me. As soon as he was done typing, it let me go down the scaffolding.
