I know that this has been posted before but one was shut down because there was something else but that goes unresolved still. 

Minecraft marketplace won't download anything. It started last night when I went to download a couple of free things and update what I have. It didn't download last night so I left it to try overnight and it still did not update. I figured it might be due to me modding the game. So today I uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft, so I'd have a clean slate. It still will not download anything. I've even tried cleaning the cache and storage, but that didn't work. I'm unsure what else to do.
