I sometimes cannot see crafting recipes when I just crafted the materials needed for the recipe. When I search for the recipe or close the crafting table then open it again, it fixes itself. For example, when I craft oak logs into oak planks, I should see the recipe for crafting tables, but it isn't there. But the recipe for fences is there when I just crafted the planks.
