Skeletons seem to be less smart than skeletons on java edition , here there's a list of the main features of java skeletons

• skeletons move trying to dodge hits,

This list contains all the features that skeletons on bedrock lack as far as i'm aware, overall skeletons on java edition have a better AI, hence bedrock skeletons should have it as well due to parity along with game experience .
