I have had an iron farm I've been using for a while now. It worked perfectly till the 1.18.30 update dropped, which broke the Iron Farm in perpetuity. This was not helped when I rebuilt the entire thing. What's more, the Villager Work-sites did not link properly in the update. 

To further check, I even tested it out in a fresh village in a creative world, and the same Iron Farm design. And, as in my farm, the Golems no longer spawn. This affects both farms and natural villages.
