The goat horn cooldown on Bedrock Edition took 8 seconds to cool off, however on Java, it takes only 7 seconds to cool down, which makes BE's goat horn cooldown a second longer than Java.

      How to Reproduce

      1. Play a goat horn.
      2. Repeat the process on Java.
      3. Compare the timing.

      Observed Result
The Goat Horn cooldown took a second longer than Java.

      Expected Result
The Goat Horn cooldown should be the same as Java.
