There is no way to turn off the screen tilt/shake when you take damage. The screen tilt when take damage is a recent Minecraft Bedrock feature, but there is no way to turn it off. This is super annoying for pvp, as your screen will tilt when you take damage and mess you up during pvp. Please add a way to turn off screen shake/tilt when you take damage. (I tried turning off "screen shake" in video settings, this doesn't fix it, I think screen shake being turned off should turn off screen shake/tilt when taking damage.)
