I know there are other marketplace bugs already filed, but none of them describe the same problem I have.

I purchased Dragonfire Bedrock edition two days ago. It appears in the purchased list on the switch. When I try to download it to the switch, though, it brings up the 'checking download' dialogue, which never completes/goes away. If I quit from it, when I leave the store I get the 'communication error' message (although the Switch has remained connected to the internet the whole time). If I leave it, eventually the screen turns off and when I come back, again the communication error. Also each time that happens, I get disconnected from the Microsoft Account.

We also have minecraft on ios for the ipad. Dragonfire appears there via the Microsoft Account and can be downloaded and played on the ipad. This problem only occurs on the Switch.

This is for my son, so the Microsoft Account in quesiton is a child account that I control from my own account. And this is all happening while he is logged into his profile / nintendo account on the Switch. The Dragonfire mod was purchased on his account.

Note that we are also suffering from the freezing issue described here: MCPE-154110  In case it turns out the two issues are linked in some way.

      thank you.
