      Having more than 4 Resource packs / Behavior packs in the New Create New World screen causes Rendering Glitches.

      How to reproduce:

      1. Activate 6 or more Resource Packs in the New Create New World screen
      2. Go back to the Active Tab
      3. Scroll up and down
      4. Observe glitchy behavior in the New UI

      Observed Results:

      It causes glitchy rendering in the New UI

      Expected Results:

      It should not cause glitchy rendering in the New UI
