This happens on large multi-player servers like mine plex. 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the bedrock edition.
2. In play, go to servers.
3. Enter the mineplex server with a skin from the character creator equipped.
4. Enter and exit dressing room to remove the robot skin applied to all characters that enter

Observed Results: 

Skin is covered in misinf texture squares in red, blue, and green, with some outer features spliced.

Expected Results:

Skin should render normally.
