Steps to Reproduce:
- Place an oak sapling
- Bone meal the sapling
- Check the tree for a bee nest
- Repeat these steps multiple times
Observed Results:
A bee nest sometimes generates in the tree.
Expected Results:
A bee nest should only have a chance of generating in the tree if there is a flower near the sapling.
