I was breaking block as you should in this game, I had broken around 16-32 worth of items when my game started lagging heavily! and the lag started to dissipate as I started to pick up said entity's on the Ground (Item Blocks). This is not the first time since it was introduced in 1.17s release and slowly got better then after the World Corruption BUG! it was back with a vengeance as my world has been having sever lag when there more then 10 entity's around (Mobs). my Base is underground in a few slime chunks which make it hard to play or even be near my base!
