We recently reformatted our playstation 5. When I went into minecraft to download a previously purchased world, it gets stuck at 0 on the download bar screen. I've restored licenses and have reinstalled the game... when using other playstation profiles we can download from the minecraft store with no issue. Only my son's profile is effected. When on his profile on minecraft on android or windows 10 we can install purchased maps without any trouble.
