Summary:

Villagers in Minecraft Bedrock take a long time to get professions in Minecraft Bedrock edition.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Look for a villager
2. Look for any block that gives profession to the villager (Lectern, Blast Furnace, Smoker, Brewing Stand, etc...)
3. Place one of the blocks that give profession next to or near the villager

Observed results:

It takes a long time for the villager to get the profession or sometimes he doesn't get a profession. He continues with the profession he spawned.

Expected results:

It should simply pick up the profession after a few seconds of me placing the block next to it, just like the Java edition.Or when he is far from a profession block he walks to the block to pick up a profession.
