I recently returned to Playing Minecraft after 2 months or so on Xbox One and discovered that my minecarts with chests no longer travel through nether portals on peaceful survivor mode. , they go in but do not appear on the other side like they used too. I tried go through and back as sometimes they would glitch but no carts. I tried rearranging my rails and substituting powered or regular as some tutorials suggested, but still no carts. I also tried reorienting my portal axis 90 degrees  but also no carts. The carts were missing whether they were loaded or empty. Had no issues prior and xbox does not show any pending updates for minecraft. Also uninstalled and reinstalled game but had no effect on minecart issue. 

This will be very frustrating as I build large structures across the map and need the nether rail system to move large quantities of items for construction. As well as mining in the nether for overworld construction.
