The New UI and Touch Controls don’t show up as an option to use in the new 1.19.0 update on iOS. 

steps to reproduce:

1. UI- open creat new world and you’ll see there is no use new UI. Preview has this

         Touch Controls- Open Touch setting and there is no option to change.

observation Results:

1. Neither show up as options to change UI or Touch Controls.

Expectation Results:

1. There should be an option to change UI and Controls.
