Description: Previously, resource packs that used subpacks allowed users to switch between subpacks using an small gear icon in the bottom right corner of resource pack description box. Now in the new Ui design there is no option to change subpacks after activating resource packs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a resource pack with subpacks (Learn how here (bedrock.dev))
2. Import your resource pack, try to use it in world settings while in old Ui design
3. You can easily switch subpacks
4. Now go back to new UI design and try to change subpacks again
Observed results: 5. There is no option to do so and you are stuck with the default subpack, unable to change between them.
Expected results: There must be an option similar to old ui design to be able to change subpacks.
