Ever since the 1.19 Update released, i can no longer update or install Minecraft bedrock edition on my windows computer. Why is this happening?

It says "Minecraft for Windows does not work on this device"

Everything worked in the past, updates worked, and it only started whenever minecraft updated to 1.19, why is this?

I have purchased Minecraft for windows 10 a year ago.

I cannot update Windows due to how old my laptop is.
