Some slots in my inventory cannot be accessed, and when you try, the item appears there for a split second, then moves back to where it originally was. 

The bug appears to disappear on its own, but comes back a few seconds later in a different slot, regardless of if it's empty or not.

I tried searching to see if there's anything relevant raised already, but the closest description I could find was MCPE-55303, but this was from 1.13.0, which was resolved already.

For what it's worth, this isn't new to 1.19.0, I experienced it from time-to-time on 1.18 too. It seems more common when friends are connected to the world.
