Whenever you try to host a world on a mobile broadband connection either using your phone as a hotspot or using a dedicated 4G router from a phone network provider nobody can join your world and they just get the error "Unable to connect to world".

Almost all 4G mobile broadband connections in the UK are forced to be NAT Type 3 and there is no way to forward the ports or change the NAT type to type 2.

I have tried using EE, Vodafone, 3 and O2 networks with the same result on each. I have used multiple 4G routers and changed my phone's network several times with no success.

This affects PS4 and PS5 hosts and nobody can join using PS4, PS5 or Xbox One to my knowledge. We have also made sure to all sign in with our MS accounts but this did not help either.

The only common thing I have linked it to is NAT Type 3. Every other game we play works fine. COD, Battlefield, GTA V and lots of other games too, we only have the problem with Minecraft.
So I think the issue is with the way Minecraft is hosting the worlds.

Interestingly the old Minecraft Playstation 3 Edition works without any problems.

Is there a way to please fix this? This has not worked since 1.16 (which is the earlier version we tried) and is super annoying because whenever I am on the road for work we cannot play in our worlds that I host.

Just tried again now with the 1.19.2 update and it still does not work.
