spectator mode in rtx shows the wrong things, as in, blocks look inside out. 

steps to recreate:

1: either download an rtx resorce pack or use one of the nvidia made maps

2: start a world with spectator mode on, or if it is a nvidia made map, unlock template world options.

3: go into spectator mode. the blocks will look inside out-ish.
