The PS4, the music for the Chinese Mythology pack does not play unless you load the world into creative mode at least once. If you do not, only the vanilla music will play.

Edit: On my one world, I loaded it in creative, and music played correctly, loaded it back in survival, and music was back to vanilla. So now I have no clue what triggers it.
