If you go to the dressing room in Minecraft, and then edit a character, then go to styles, then go to tops, then scroll down until you see the "Tail Feather" item and the "Clock Chain" item, and if you click them, you will get a topless character. What I think happened was that someone mistakenly put items that were supposed to be put in the "Outerwears" section into the "Tops" section by mistake.
