Pvp is almost impossibe with using the new crosshair touch controls since the attack/break button is delayed when spam clicked on survival mode/Adventure mode compared to creative mode/specrator mode.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enable NTC via options.txt
2. Switch to crosshair and enable shoe action buttons
3. Create a world, spam the attack/break button and compare on all gamemodes

Observed results:
On creative/spectator you can spam the attack/break button while on adventure/survival you can't

Expected results:
Spamming the attack/break button on survival/adventure should be as consistent as on creative/specrator
