I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this problem or just me. I first ran into this issue a few days ago when I reinstalled my game to update it to the latest version after not playing it for a while, as it wasn't launching; then trying to backup all my resource and behavior packs I use daily. I got this specific error every time. I tried giving my user and system access, and it already had it. I'm not even sure what the error means by "organization," as I own this computer.

I tried again yesterday and somehow everything worked perfectly fine. I then today decide to work on editing a java port resource pack and I run into the error again. I'm not sure how this occurs or how to reproduce the bug, or if its even a bug in the first place.
