Goats not regen their health by feeding. 

How to reproduce: use damage indicator mod to see health of any mob

Hit a goat by hand or any tool but not kill it. 

Use wheat to feed it. 

It not regen

What need to happen:goat regen it's life like dogs and cat when they r being feeded. 

What happening:they don't regen health. U need to use potion for recover their health.
